She has over 25 years of sales, marketing, and business management experience in the information technology, financial services, and customer services industries.

Prior to Top Gun Ventures, Noel served as Chairman and CEO of HyPerformix, an Austin-based software firm, and held senior executive positions with IBM Global Services, Snyder Communications, and The Sabre Group, a division of AMR, parent to American Airlines.
