Frederick Mendler is vice president of Fanatical Support - Managed at Rackspace. Frederick has a gift and passion for customer service and is responsible for ensuring Rackspace's Fanatical Support® is a reality for its customers. Prior to joining Rackspace, he held management positions with several customer service focused national retailers, as well as positions with a variety of public relations and marketing firms working on high-tech accounts.

Frederick graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Mass Communications.
