Aidmatrix Acquires NPower Texas

Today, The Aidmatrix Foundation, Inc. (www.aidmdatrix.org) announced its intent to acquire the assets and programming of NPower Texas, a Dallas-based nonprofit organization focused on improving nonprofits' access to technology. The deal includes the transfer of board members, staff, customers, products, revenue, assets and liabilities. It brings together two IT pioneers in Texas' history of improving the lives of their community members through technology.
