Ann White
Marketing and Grants Manager
Ann leads NPower Texas's marketing effort on everything from developing strategies to winning grants. She has experience in the corporate and nonprofit worlds as a communications specialist and grant writer, specializing in technology, workforce development, and health care. In another lifetime, she taught Spanish at the college level and worked in the Texas Capitol as a translator.
Ann holds two bachelor's degrees from Chico State and a master's in Spanish linguistics from UCLA.
She is actively involved in her church and enjoys making meals for friends, tending to her garden, and venturing out to hear live music. She particularly appreciates the music of Nick Cave.
Raised in Manhattan Beach, California, Ann has happily called Austin, Texas home since 1994.
