
Amir has over 20 years' senior management experience in the industries of Information Technology, Nonprofit Operations, Product Development, Consulting, Business Development and Consumer Electronics.
Most recently, Amir led the IT strategy along with business and operational information systems at the Susan G. Komen for the Cure headquarters. His responsibilities included product design and architecture, software development and integration, network integrity and security, and customer support systems, both domestic and international. He also oversaw development and maintenance of the nonprofit e-business, e-philanthropy and online constituent relationship management strategies, business development, and industry alliances.
Prior to joining the Komen Foundation, Amir was Vice President of Technology for Optimum TCI, a division of Optimum Group, a leading e-Learning consulting and services provider.
Amir has driven several large projects that have earned recognition including: Oracle Universal Content Management Implementation Award, Web Marketing Association Universal Content Management Implementation Award, Platinum Award for Best Overall Internet Site and Gold Award for Best Health/Healthcare Content, Web Marketing Association Webaward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Site Development and a Webby Award Nomination.
Amir is a member of the Greater Dallas Chamber's Technology Business Council.
He and his wife of 20 years have one daughter and live in Dallas. His sincere belief in philanthropic missions and the people behind them makes his position with NPower Texas a personally fulfilling one.
